The Christmas edition of the BBC Music Magazine arrived the other day, so I thought I’d dig out a previous example. It’s not bad (give it a whirl) but you should see the one in the latest issue. (Which means buying the magazine – go on, chance it – you’ll even get some carols on the CD.)
There will be a couple of posts outside the fortnightly schedule coming up: a setter’s blog on my recent Crossword Club puzzle, and a review of Alan Connor’s book, which I have finally finished. If you see neither of these, and if I don’t get the next formal update up in time, then you should know that, all being well, there will be a Phi Inquisitor in the Independent on Saturday 14 December. The puzzle is no longer under the weather, if the proofs I see are anything to go by.
The week after that has some sort of anniversary thing, I believe. Can’t quite remember what…
