Enigmatic Variations No. 716: Key Expression

The subsidiary indications in some clues ignore certain letters.  These letters form the KEY EXPRESSION: two features in the grid and almost a third (the completion of which is – and should be kept visible but not shaded).  These squares should be fully shaded in.  What they form is given by the correct form of single letter misprints in the definitions in other clues.
