Domains

I’ve resorted to putting up a pdf scan  of the original puzzle due to a lack of time.  There’s no link to a solution page but if anyone really wants the solution please leave a request in the comments.

Domains appeared just before Christmas 2005, but it’s not seasonal (indeed, Christmas Eve fell on a Saturday that year, so the following week saw the seasonal special).  A simple little idea, which proved to have a certain predictive accuracy.
